Appointments are highly recommended to ensure timely service. Please contact us to schedule your visit.
While we accept walk-ins based on availability, priority is always given to scheduled clients. We ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time; otherwise, we may need to reschedule your service.4. Pricing & Payments
All estimates provided are subject to change upon a physical teardown or inspection of the vehicle. You can request a free estimate here.
We will not proceed with additional repairs exceeding 10% of the original estimate without your explicit verbal or written consent.- Payment is due in full upon completion of services.

- Vehicle release is contingent upon full payment.
5. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. For assistance, contact our team.
Refunds on labor are generally not provided; however, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of work, we will perform a re-inspection and correction at no additional cost if within our warranty period. Parts refunds are subject to the manufacturer's return policy.6. Warranty Disclaimer
Our standard shop warranty covers 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) on most labor and parts supplied by us. Performance parts or customer-supplied parts carry no warranty through Auto Repair Columbus.
7. Limitation of Liability
Auto Repair Columbus is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from mechanical failure.
